Posting in response to Sleeping Tea's Post this morning,
I have lost over 40k claimblocks, about 3k in game money, and a chest containing witchery parts from a kit. I also have less than half the kits I should. This all happened 3 days after i invested in server support via rank and kits. I am very happy with the server and the response to the issues that have taken place even though it took a couple days to be acknowledged.
I am requesting that the claimblocks be reimbursed,
the money and items can be re-earned / made so that's less problematic.
I'd like to that all the staff that responded to people and worked so hard to fix this mess, you made us feel like we mattered even though it was so chaotic. That is important- no one wants to feel ignored or "less than".
Kudos, and with that I am proud to support and represent the Kinetic Network.
